Relaxing Full-Body Oil Massage
Full-body oil massage focuses on restoring the body's health and vitality. Fascia is the connective tissue that runs throughout the whole of the body, connecting everything together into a continuum. As we work towards releasing areas of tension the body can relax and restore into good health. Myofascial release helps your body relax, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and rested
Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage
This type of massage works on the deeper layers of body tissue, including muscles, tendons and fascia (connective tissue). Slow, firm moves and sustained pressure is used on the areas to be treated, in order to relieve chronic tension and/or pain, decreasing muscle stiffness an improving tissue recovery. The whole of the body is always addressed within a session, but extra focus is will be given to areas of the body which store more tension and fatigue.
Craniosacral Therapy
This is a gentle hands-on approach aimed at restoring the body's ability to self-correct and heal. It belongs in the family of osteopathic manual therapies. It is effective in relieving pain and injury through gentle manipulations on bones, muscles and tissue. During a session you will experience deep levels of relaxation. This approach is performed on clothed body and no oil is used during the manual adjustments of the different parts and structures.

Bodywork has been my passion for the past 15 years. Moving from Swedish Massage to Myofascial Release and then Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation I still find myseld amazed with how unique each body can be although we all share the same anatomy.
